Looking for new friends in new community. A true story of mine - PART II.

So now how about looking for friends in Malaysia?

I stepped my foot on Malaysia for the first time on June 2005 for study Mass Communication in one of university in Cyberjaya. Being in a new environment which totally different (read: oversea) was a new experience for me. I've been to oversea before, but not for staying, only for few days travelling. Me, you can called me as a shy girl, wouldn't want to talk with anyone in class except the person talking to me first, hehe... So, it's kinda hard for me to get new friend in college. In fact, since I was in high school, I rarely have close friends from school, normally they are from outside school (for example; jiran, people I know from social networking website then met up, from activity organization, or my friend's friend).

So in short, I only make friends with people at school just because we were in a same discussion group. I was even closer with my housemates who were study in different course or even different college.

Here's pic of my last sem's group. We were very close but after we graduated, we never contacting each other anymore...

Then I found this group of people love playing futsal,

went to our friend's engagement...

at first I thought I can't be with them. sooo many dugaan... so many things that I thought they are not suitable with me, or probably it was me not suitable for them. until one day so many miss communication occured. begaduh. not once, but many times. they even called me "alien" coz I'm different. but life is full of spices. in some cases I sometime wish I never ever met them but they later become people that I can count on in whatever case. they're like my family now in KL...

and the group is getting bigger and bigger; those wifey, gf and bf. Mr Red Ribbon is joining too now :)

Some of them are not in KL anymore, two of them now work in Labuan, another one in Sabah. Then one girl just become a stewardess, don't know where she residing now. Another two gone back to Kelantan and getting married soon. 

Ohh, life, people come and go but true friends will always stays :)
