An Incident on North Plus Highway

2 days ago I went to Alor Setar for my best friend wedding...

The plan was, there will be 4 of us going but then it was only me and Mr. RRBNer2 left coz the other two had to work on Saturday. 

We knew that Alor Setar was soo far far away and my lil Ncha (Kelisa) never go that far. The farthest he went was from KL to Port Dickson and that was few years back on 2008.

But since Mr.RRBNer2's car was not a type of car that 'petrol-friendly' a.k.a tak jimat, so we decided to take Ncha instead. All the preparation was made, Mr.RRBNer2 took Ncha for engine check, tukar timing belt (memang dah kne tukar nie...) then belt2 lain pon tukar. I trust Ncha so much coz dia nie memang trustable, never rosak since I bought it on 2005. So we were confidence to bring him to Alor Setar

Everything was okay until after the wedding we went back at around 5pm from the wedding. The travel was sooo smooth but I must admit that NORTH PLUS HIGHWAY is soooo dark compares to highwat to Johor. At one time, I was overslept and mimpi 'MY CAR GET HIT BY ANOTHER CAR WHEN PARKING MY CAR AT PETROL STATION'. The dream was quite shocking until it woke me up and continue accompanying Mr.RRBNer2.

Suddenly, NCHA HIT SOMETHING ON THE ROAD, WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS!

The sound was sooo loud, as if the thing that we hit was made from metal (was thinking the thing was engine --- hooo engine ke? engine jatuh daripada kete lain ke? then camne kete tu blh jalan semula --- no la, not enjin). We'd like to stop and check but seriously the place was sssooooo dark and we are too scare.

"I remember my cousin ever got her car's tires flat, then when she stopped at the side of the road someone approach her and asked for her laptop and handphone..."

so scary...

We were so confuse...

When I looked back, there was another car with left signal, tried to stop at emergency lane as well.

HE HIT THAT MYSTERIOUS THING TOO!!!

We drove around 500-600 meter further and found an exit road and there got some lights so we feel it is safe to stop. I was rushed to check what has happened with my lil Ncha!!!

Ya Allah... this is the worst thing ever happened to Ncha!!!! Arrrggghhh!!! 

We were not sure what we hit, but it definitely NOT HUMAN/ANIMAL. No blood stain, for sure. Huaaaa so hard until the car plate number also gone! Pecah kot.

We saw this one huge bus stopped few meters in front of us just before we stopped, and as we left the place I saw the front part of the bus and it was Okay. Probably because bus tinggi skit kot. But we still didn't sure why the bus stop for so long...

1.5 hours later I arrived at my house and checked the car again..

We can see from here that it is DEFINITELY TIRE STAIN. And it has broke my Ncha's radiator, it is leaking now but Alhamdulillah it's not overheating during the remaining trip. Both headlamp stand are broken, so they can't stand still, afraid that someday will 'terjatuh'. Then I came to conclusion that it is a bus' tire, the one that stopped in front of us. So Ncha was the first car hit the tire, then after that the car behind us. I don't know how many cars hit the thing, but above all, I'm still thankful we were at the left lane and not speeding. Probably if we speeding worst case will be happening. Alhamdulillah, yang paling penting selamat sampai rumah...

Masalah Ncha ni, I should kumpul duit first (huaaaaa...) and take him to Car Doctor Specialist (hehe). 

Mr.RRBNer2 is going to write a letter to Plus Highway, suggesting more lights to be put on the road. But no la, we're not suing them, it's just 'musibah'. The bus driver pon would never know when their tires will blow. Maybe memang dah kne tukar tayar kot, but dah la... Janji dah selamat sampai KL...

Kne started berjimat sementara nie... Just for my lil Ncha...
