Alang2 tengah belek2 CD gambar2 kahwin my sister hari tue, rasanya Ms Red Ribbon nak sambung la cite kahwin nie...

Hari tue dah bercerita pasal solemnization my sister kan?

Sekarang nak cite plak pasal wedding receptionnye...

Ok, bermula dari locationnye kat GRAND SAHID JAYA HOTEL.

Hotel nie hotel lama, dah femes sangat, siap diorang dah ada kolej utk bisnes pelancongan

Mungkin kat KL macam Berjaya Hotel Group kot...

My sister dah usha2 banyak dewan, agak payah nak dapatkan dewanutk tarikh wedding dia 3hb 3 tahun 2012... Jadinye kat sini la jodoh dewannya...

Ok let's check out my sister's wedding deco...

Masuk main entrance terus je jumpe tangga/escalator utk naik ke tingkat 2.

Sebab hall tue memang kat atas...

So memang diperlukan decoration for tangga nie (scallop) untuk mempercantik tangga tue :)

Nie suasana kat tingkat dua...

I really love the deco!!!

My sister's husband is Javanese, dan kami xnak tinggalkan kebiasaan untuk memakai deco kayu2 jati dalam deco wedding nie.

So we requested untuk tetap pakai perabut kayu jati, tapi dalam warna putih.

So sesuai ngan tema yang my sister nak, Bohemian-French Wedding

BLUE-WHITE-PEACH :)

Lepas masuk entrance tue, jumpe la ngan gazebo nie.

This is common in Indonesian wedding, selalunya pakej deco kahwin dah masuk bende nie...

Gazebo untuk welcoming guests dan letak gambar2 prewedding pengantin.

That time was my first time I went to the dewan, my sister and mom je yang usha2 dewan nie coz I was pregnant that time couldn't come to Jakarta that often to help out my sister.

So I'm very happy and excited sgt2 tengok dewan nie, sangat cantik, dan cat dinding dan deco dewan tue sendiri memang kayu2 putih, so ngam sangat la my sister pilih dewan tue for her wedding :)

She had lots of prewedding shoot session, and all done in Singapore.

Since she's staying in Singapore rasanya memang senang nak bergambar kat sana.

Pegi mana2 naik MRT je, then the country sooo bersih...

This is the pelamin look like.

Similar what she had at home on her solemnization day, the difference is that kayu stelsel (we called it this) daripada kayu jati tue kaler putih.

Ahhh I love this so much.
Sangat teringat dulu nak kawen this is my first dream wedding theme, tapi akhirnya bertukar pada Moroccan theme.

So I was like turning a year back, feeling like this is actually my wedding day.

Ahahaha bermimpi jew kan?

Dua2 tengah preggy 7.5 dan 8 bulan, besar dah perut...

Bertambah satu ahli keluarga.

My sister hire a jazzu vocal band.

Sesuai utk tema yang a bit to modern macam nie...

The singer is FAR BETTER than my wedding singer.

Actually that time, saya tertipu.

Saya dapat contact daripada orang lain yang menyatakan this girl is a manager of banyak band2 muslim, even dia nie ada kene mengene ngan Maher Zain la kalau Maher Zain tue datang ke Indonesia.

So that time I hired her dan she promised dia akan siapkan penyanyi2 yang best2!

Tengok2... huff hampeehhh rasanya dia main ambil orang dari tepi jalan ke ape yang betul2 xtahu menyanyi langsung!

Geramnye my family nasib baik I have one cousin nie memang suaranya sedap, so selang seling la my cousin nie menyanyi.

Saya pon yang hari tue kat pelamin tengah busy bersalam ngan tetamu bole rasa ya Allah sape nie yang nyanyi? Macam orang xreti nyanyi je...

Ok cut the crap, past is past dan itu pengajaran untuk saya dan keluarga.

Untuk my sister wedding, kami sanggup datang ke satu mall yang diorang cakap diorang ada perform kat sana, so kami tengok how good they are then after that baru we hired diorang.

Dan hasilnya.... PUAS HATI!

And oh... Tertinggal pasal reception desk plak...

Hehehehe

Oh sangat cumil masa nak masuk hall, dah bersiap my cousins 3 orang yang comel2 nie for greeting and smiling to all guests...

Lepas we all sign the guestbook, dapat la door gift yang sangat cumil juga...

Dan nie door gift yang super cumil dan sangat GO GREEN...

Nie pokok betul yer.

Kne bawa balik rumah and let it grow :)

Her Wedding : Solemnization Day

Salam Khamis...

Lama dah xtulis entry using English. 

Dah lama juga xbersocialize pakai English.

Rasanya dah makin teruk la my English.

Dah berubah plak jadi Singlish hihihi...

Today nak bercerita pasal my sister's wedding.

Yes, my younger sister is married too.

Few months ago I wrote some stories about it, helping her to prepare few minor things for her wedding, but since I was in my last trimester months pregnancy, I really had no time to update more about it.

But infact, I do love weddings!

I do love sharing things about wedding that I knew.

And this was my sister's wedding I'd like to write about.

So it was a sunny Saturday morning,

03-03-2012

Solemnization table is ready since last night.

The pelamin too...

The pelamin was actually a design for my akad nikah pelamin that time (we hired same decorator), but I refused using that 'air terjun' thingy.
Look at the center of the pelamin, it is "air terjun" that flows onto the floor...

Was afraid all the floor will go wet... Hehehe...

So we apply the theme for my sister's.

I only slept at 3am the night before just to check out some workers installing the pelamin, decorating the hall and bride's room, and tents... I did the same thing when it was my wedding day year ago, but my sister has gone to bed since 7pm. Huff... bestnyer...

Hehehehe...

My sister's make up artist has arrived on time that morning, while mine... didn't showed up!

Mom kept on calling her (same make up team with my wedding's make up team) and finally she picked up the phone and she forgot the solemnization will be in the morning!

Huaaa... panic mode!

It was a hectic morning that when my MUA came and just applied foundation on my face suddenly my sister came in to my room and need some touch up on her face+hair and her mua not really used to in doing traditional-hair design.

As in my custom, all the akad nikah normally we do traditional way, so it need a magic hand who experienced years in this.

So yeah, my MUA left me just like that...

Just for my dearest sister, I'm sincerely lend her my mua hehe

I finally continuing make-up ing myself...

Which of course it was such a nightmare coz I'm not good at it.

While everyone busy... The groom has arrived at the front door...

Mom hasn't done with her tudung yet, but rushed into gate and welcoming the groom and family.

This is the very moment I realized the need of the big family to hand in hand helping as the wedding comittee... I'm surely can't handle all this, was pregnant and doing things so slow too...

And oh... I haven't done with my tudung yet!

Luckily my MUA done with my sister and grabbed me to do my tudung!

It was a very fast one, 5 mins or less I guess...

And here it goes:

My make up and instant tudung... Hehehe...

Fuuuhhh... 

Was thought I couldnt make it.

Mommy I promised I wake up and prepare myself earlier next time...

The pretty one then walked into the hall.

Waaa sempat senyum plak kat camera... :)

A very dub dab moment for my sister.

Yet it was the most touched moment I saw that day.

Couldn't handle my tears...

With one sincere breath, yes, she's finally her husband's wifey :)
Alhamdulillah...

Moga berkekalan hingga akhir hayat dan dikaruniai anak2 yang comel dan soleh solehah :)

Busy la bole dikatekan.

Memang bukan saya yang nak berkahwin tapi my sister, tapi busy juga la sikit2 buat apa2 bende yang patut kan???

Lately tengah buat project beading :D

Yang paling urgent is this one:

Baju nie akan pakai masa my sister's wedding reception this coming Saturday...

Penat juga duduk berlama2 nak buat bende nie...

Me x beads semua, just tambah2 sebab tailor tak siapkan semua beads tu :(

 

Yang ke dua nie untuk veil putih...

Saya ada sewakan veil putih panjang but before this xada beads...

Just letak beads sikit2 je then kemaskan jahitan veil tue sikit :)
Tapi lum siap lagi hehehe

Yang last nie my project untuk buat veil cokelat untuk kebaya pengantin saya sendiri.

Kan nak sewakan tapi xde veil lagi, hari tue sewa jer...

So kne buat jugak kan?

Cari kain nie sampai penat giler, sampai slipper koyak tau sebab kain dah habis kat mana2...

Kat Jakarta xjumpe, kat Pasar Baru Bandung finally ada satu kedai yang masih simpan stock, tue pon sikit lagi... Huff penatnyer...

Tapi alhamdulillah jumpe dan rasanya project nie akan disambung di KL la miggu depan sebab project beads yang biru dan putih xsiap lagi hehe...

Her Wedding: Bought a Wedding Gown for My Sister :)

Assalamu'alaikum, bloggers...

Dalam 30 hari lagi my sister akan berkahwin.

Alhamdulillah, saya pulak yang terkadang terlebih excited.

Tanya nie tue kat dia, apa yang belum siap, apa yang bole saya tolong...

Dia pulak yang relax2 je sebab masih busy ngan keje2 kat ofis.

Dulunya memang niat sangat2 nak tolong dia ini itu, tapi kawan2 bloggers tengok sendiri, sangat jarang me update pasal persiapan wedding my sister nie.

Why? sebab saya memang xrasa banyak tolong dia pon!!!

Huaaa sedehnya jadi big sister nie.

Dulu plan je, lepas peknen nie, I couldn't fly back home to Jakarta very often.

So, ape la kat KL nie yang bole saya buat untuk tolong dia?

Mesti terhad kan???

So, I was trying so hard to find ANYTHING I can do to help her out.

Tanya nie tue mana2 yang belum siap bole saya tolong siapkan...

Daaaann...

Last Chinese New Year I managed to bought her A WEDDING GOWN!!!

Sekali dengan veil nyer :)

Saper saper B2B kat sini yang plan nak kahwin pakai wedding gown???

Wow cantiknye leh pakai wedding gown...

Dulu teringin juga masa kahwin nak pakai, jadi ala ala princess kan?

Tapi, biasa la, adat kan kne pakai kebaya bagai...

Kalau nak tukar2 baju memang xsempat.

So, xjadi la impianku untuk memakai wedding gown nie untuk persalinan.

But since my sister cakap her wedding will be a french vintage/bohemian theme wedding, which is I assume more to western style (coz last time my tema is Moroccan/Arab/Melayu wedding) well I guess a wedding gown will suit her theme.

Tapi... memang bukan untuk akad nikah/resepsi, coz still... kebaya is a must!

So I get her the wedding gown for PREWEDDING PHOTOSHOOT instead.

I sent the gown to Singapore masa CNY holiday hari tue.

Kan me and hubby balik kampung ke Mersing, sempat la singgah ke Spore jap.

Wedding gown yang saya dapatkan untuk my sister:

Saya memang sukeerrr baju kahwin yang meleret2 macam nih hehe...

Dah suruh my sister cari cardigan/bolero/inner dalam tue supaya xsexy sangat...

Kat Msia nie saya tengok ramai juga yang jadikan wedding gown nie sebagai baju persalinan untuk wedding kan.

Terkadang dah ada pakej kahwin contoh 1 baju sanding dan ada 2-3 baju salin, one of them ada juga wedding gown cengginih...

Takpela... Menarik juga ada kenangan bergambar2 pakai baju Korea ke, Jepun ke, India ke, Jawa ke, ala western juga :)

Untuk yang berhijab pon cantik ape pakai baju nie, ramai pakai masa majlis potong kek.

Huhuu... masa my wedding xada potong2 kek bagai.
