A madame (or probably a guy) was caught on camera holding and talking on a cellphone on 1928 when the premiere of Charlie Chaplin "Circus" movie premiere took place. I don't know what to say as I'm not that capable to make any good assumption. But looking at the video, I might probably think that TIME TRAVELER DOES EXIST!!!
I might be watching too much fiction movie. But let's check out the video:
