Okay, now let's try mine:
53 kg : (1.6 m x 1.6 m) = 53 kg : 2.56 = 20.7
NOW CHECK HERE:
* Less than 20 = KURUS
* 20 - 24.9 = NORMAL
* 25 - 29.9 = OVERWEIGHT
* 30 above = OBESE
so that means I'm NORMAL even close to KURUS?
I just can't believe it looking at all my lemak here and there...
