Anyone ever take any medicine for RESDUNG?

Hi, bloggers... I really need your help. Currently my resdung symptoms is getting worse, I guess. I know I have this allergic (it was thought a sinus symptoms before, but doctor said it is only allergic). But whatever it is I don't like it :(

I've been having this illness since I was 10 years old girl, that time doctor said it was sinus. Then after 3 years doctor finally drop a conclusion that it is ONLY ALLERGIC. That was when I stopped seeing the doctor for once a week. Allergic or sinus, it has bring sooo many negative things during my life: fainted coz xtahan udara sejuk when I hiked with my friends, this is making my nose bigger and bigger each day coz I keep touching it each time it feels itchy (my mom always look at me with sad face when we are talking about my nose), serial of sneezing in a very uncomfortable manner, etc...

 

At 2005 when I moved in to Cyberjaya was the first time I remember that all the symptoms are gone. I FEEL LIKE I FINALLY CURE FROM THIS ILLNESS!!! But after I finished my degree and got a job at Kuala Lumpur, forcing me to move to KL, I began to sneeze here and there again. It surely bring a conclusion to me that Cyberjaya has a really clean air to breath. A very healthy place to live in.

But when I moved out from KL, shifted to Damansara, I still kinda feel that I'm still sick. And these few weeks even worse. Ok, what has happened these few weeks are:

1. Clean up the house and start to sneezing (this is normal for me, normally I try to avoid cleaning up the house so much. only when I feel like I need to make a major clean up).

2. Holding a cup of iced water and suddenly it is hard to breath. My nose 'mampat'. If drinking iced water, I probably can say "ok la... mungkin sebab minum air sejuk". But this is just 'holding' the cup for like a minute, then I hardly breath. 

3. Just feel so itchy on my nose, sooo rreeaalllyyy itchy...

So, I'm planning to take medicine. Coz I feel so tired going to doctor again and again and they will just come up with one conclusion: NORMAL FLU.

Anybody out there taking any RESDUNG medicine and can recommend something for me???
